Okay... my dog was put down today. It's extremely depressing.
Of course i'm the kind of person who takes their emotions out on food.
But, I did well.
Lunch:
10 saltine crackers with peanut butter.
398 calories.
Dinner:
chilli cheese dog with some ketchup.
400 calories.
I ended it with a small banana.
So I maybe went over a teeny bit, but i'm glad I didn't binge.
I've just been crying all night... I hate this.
